He is survived by: his children, Lori, Alan (Debbie), Mark (Bonnie), Janelle Cook (Paul) and Heber; and his siblings, Glen Shaw (Dixie) of Hoytsville, UT and LaJean Francis (Scott). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren.
