He is survived by : his parents, Richard Cowan and Dawn Cowan of Provo; his wife Pam Elkins of Provo; his children, Zachary of Alpine, Becki Rogers (Zach) of West Jordan and Amber Olsen (Thomas) of Alpine; and his siblings, Sandra Rodriguez (Angelo) of Lehi, Linda Gerber (Aaron) of Raleigh, Lee Cowan (Marnie) of Provo, Tricia of Orem and Donna Coleman (Nolan) of Springville.
He was a loyal Cougar fan and attended many football games before the pandemic made that impossible.
