She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Peterson and Agnes Peterson; her husband Jack Powers; her close friend Jack Powers; and her daughter Cheri Reed (Robert).
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Payne (William), Carol Barton (Gary), Lynne Powers and Michelle Smith (James); and her brother James Peterson. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
