She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben William and Minnie Savage Jolley; her sons, Lynn Chynoweth and Gordon Chynoweth; and her siblings, R. G. Jolley, Valdon Jolley and Elma Moore.
She is survived by: her daughter Kaye Brunson of Richfield; and her stepchildren, Jay Max of Richfield, Camille Ogden of Richfield, Patrice of Richfield, Greg Bean of Richfield, Graig H. of Richfield, Gena Ogden of Richfield, Andrea and Robert Stratton of Orem. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 17 great-great-grandchildren, along with Max's grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
