He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Fillmore and Charmayne Young Fillmore; and his sister Cindy Fillmore. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Fillmore; his children, Tora Burns (Donald), Mindi Johnson (Bryan), Stephanie Murphy (Casey), Steven Shawn Fillmore (Jennifer), Troy Fillmore (Holley) and Jennifer Bell Fillmore; and his siblings, Paul Fillmore (Jeri), Jeff Fillmore (Diane) and Lecia Thornton (Dean). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
