He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clair Payne and Ruth Richards Payne; his wife Ginny; his children, Cris, Collin (Amber), Derek (Desirae) and Shandra Payne; his grandchildren, Chloe, Aysha, Berkley, Sage, Aedan, Eli, Carter and Whitt; and his siblings, Marianna Larsen (John), John Payne (Fran) and Kathy Bylund (Steve).
