He was predeceased by: his son Kelly (Cindy); and his parents, Della Holt and Val. He is survived by: his sons, Shelly (Jolene), Cory (DeAnna), Clay (Belinda) and Kerry (Lori); and his sisters, Berva, Darla and Karen. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren.
