He was predeceased by: his father David Lee Mullen; his brother Evan Lee Mullen; his grandparents, Ken, Marjorie Mullen and Lena Pearl Morley Hatch; and his cousin Andrea Jill Mullen.

He is survived by: his mother Mary Mullen of Roy; his former wife Shauna Nanell Gottwald; his wife Lisa Westwood; his friend DJ; his close friend Lisa Westwood; his siblings, Amy Mullen, Eric Mullen (Brooke) and Andrew Mullen (Dallice); and his nieces and nephews, Josh, Korie, Hank, Gracie, Wynn, Zoie and Maggie.

We ask that you wear a mask if you are not fully vaccinated.
