He is survived by: his wife Lorna Slater; his children, Brandon Lee (Chyann), Lance Slater (Tomeka), Blake Tyson (Jamie) and Ashlee Anne; his grandchildren, Lexi, Shelbi, Emett, Grayson, Karsen, Emery, Hallee, Kambree and Brinlee; his sister Ranae Porter (Doug); and his brother-in-law Kenneth Felt.
