He was predeceased by: his siblings, Howard Fashbaugh and Evenly Duval; and his son-in-law John Swapp. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; and his children, Laurie Neal (Greg), Brian Easter (Lorie), David Easter (Frankie) and Lynn Dell Swapp. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
