He is survived by: his daughters, Mariessa (Conner) of Salt Lake and Alyssa Brooke of Tacoma, Washington.; and his siblings, Marilyn Smith (Joe) of Phoenix, Michelle Lyle of Logan, Brian, Glade Smith (Suzette) of Wellsville and Janice Reese (Kelly) of Benson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
