She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Theodore and Florence Drucilla (Ferguson); her former husband Arthur "Art" Proctor, Jr.; her husband Gene J Kemp; her siblings, Lois Allene, Nola Ruth, Donald Ray and Robert Theodore; her granddaughter Nicole Rene Grisier; and her stepson William Craig Kemp.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Ann Proctor Clarke, Lynn P Tempest, Susan Rae Proctor Grisier and David Arthur Proctor (Daonne Marie Farley); her grandchildren, Susannah Clarke, Jennifer Clarke Betuk, Nathan Ryan Grisier, Natalie Rose Grisier, Noelle Taylor Grisier, James Arthur Proctor, Shauna Lynn Proctor and Justine Danielle Smith; her sister-in-law Arlis Whitmore; and her stepchildren, Korey Kemp (Mary), Derek Kemp (Lisa), Andrea Jensen (Brad) and Marlene Souza (Marcio). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
