She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Deveney and Margaret Deveney; her husband John Joseph Lowney; her daughter Dr. Beatrice Ann Kunka (Scott); her grandson Peter Joseph Lowney; her siblings, Ann Deveney, Margaret Hurley (John), James Deveney (Gladys), Patrick Deveney (Joan) and John Deveney (Shirley); and her siblings-in-law, William Lowney (Claire), Mary Frances Wilcox (William), Ann Nestor (James) and Patricia Miceli (Leonard).
She is survived by: her children, Carol Mary Cogan (Paul) of Rocklin, CA and John Patrick Lowney (Constance) of West Chester, PA. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
