It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Lou Lowe of Saint George, Utah, who passed away on September 6, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Timberline Wales and Sylvia Annie Shurtliff Riggs; her close friend Melvin J. Lowe; and her siblings, Faron, Norval, Lyman and Beth.

She is survived by: her husband Melvin Jean Lowe; and her grandchildren, Brock Kesterson (Melissa), Kyle Kesterson (Brandie) and Erick Silverthorn (Erin). She is also survived by her 3 children.
