She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Boyd Putnam and Margaret Moore Putnam; and her stepmother Nina Putnam. She is survived by: her former husband John Baker; her husband Ralph H. Larsen; her sister Luan Soto (Robert); her daughter Meaghan Baker; her son-in-law Todd Freeman; her grandchildren, Aidan and Ella Freeman; her stepson Greg Larsen; her stepgranddaughter Tiera Larsen; and her sister-in-law Carol Larsen (Ralph H. Larsen). She is also survived by children and animals.
After high school, Beverly attended the "Sisters of Charity Hospital School of Nursing" in Buffalo, NY, graduating in the class of 1964.
