She is survived by: her parents, Ronald Woodke and Carolyn Woodke; her husbands, Ray Jakubczak and Raymond (Ray); her sons, Raymond Ann (Mary) and Robert "Bob" (Lorena); her grandchildren, Daniel and Raymond; and her sister Mary Peterson of St. George.
