She is survived by: her mother Lynne Larson Cuff; her stepfather Steven Cuff; her father William Frank Nebeker; and her stepmother Leann Smart Nebeker. She is also survived by numerous siblings, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and foster siblings.
