She is survived by: her husband Harold Schopp; her children, Bryan Hopkins (Cindi), Brent Hopkins (Rizza) and Misty Mattson (Chris); her stepdaughters, Sabrina Moran and DesaRea Burgess (Wally); and her siblings, Orlo Knight (Debbie) of Blanding, Irene Pollock of Washington, UT, Merrill Knight (Sue) of St. George, UT, Wayne Knight (Donetta) of Orem, UT and Gary Knight of St. George, UT. She is also survived by four grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, and 11 step-great grandchildren.
