He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Karl Spencer and Olive Spencer; his wife LuJean Heaton; his children, Conway Spencer (Anita), Stephanie Kipp (Dave) and Michael Ann Spencer; his grandchildren, Shauni Joseph (Shilo), Trey Spencer, Halle Kipp, Wyatt Kipp and Kylee Kipp; his great grandchild Hudson Joseph; and his siblings, LaRue Sorensen, Lois Porter (Sherril), Hugh Spencer (Allie) and Leland Spencer (Mary).
