He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carla Jean; his children, Amy (Todd), Brandon and Jordan (Stacy); his parents, Wiley Daniel Ethridge and Intha Ophelia Hamberlin; his siblings, Luanna, Victor, Arlis and Mike; his daughter Kari Jo Pitcher (late Patrick); and his grandchildren, Spencer, Abrielle, Asher, Kassidy, Ainsley, Anders, Corbin and Simon. He was also cherished by his 8 grandchildren.
