It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Duane Hammer (Saint George, Utah), born in Ogden, Utah, who passed away on September 12, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Herman and Cora Annie Layman Hammer; and his siblings, Elaine, Ralph and Keith.
He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Rae Wood; his children, Steven Duane of Ogden, Jeffery Scott of Ogden, Michael Kent of Ogden, Troy Lee of Sequim and Vickie Lynn Smith of Riverdale; and his brother Clyde Ross Hammer of St. George.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 3 p.m. at Lindquist's Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. Services entrusted to Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary. favorite_border Donations Pledges.
