He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Flagler and Martha Flagler; his brothers, William and Robert; and his stepdaughter Paige.
He is survived by: his wife MaryLee; his daughters, Penny (John), Bonnie (Kelly) and Tiffany (Tim); his stepdaughter Erika; and his sisters, Kathleen, Verna, Patricia and Marjorie. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 1 great grandson.
Attendance at the funeral on Monday, February 8, 2021 will be kept small due to Covid Virus restrictions.
