He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dwight Moody and Almeda Dickens Allen; his former wife Donna Poage; his wife Donna Allen; his siblings, Betty Massey and Leon Allen; and his children, David Segura, Dale Segura, Victoria Kelly, Warren Allen, Jared Allen, Peggy Salvador, Melanie Smith and Devona Covey. He was also cherished by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
