He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Sears Hintze and Jennie Arthema Tolman; his wife Mary Irene Chisholm; his sisters, Linda Larsen (Ron), Arlene Roberts (Dave), Mary Lou Rowser (Richard), Patricia Evans (Mike), Karen Breinholt (Alden) and Joanne Rittenhouse (Barry); and his children, Veray Carter (David), Clay Hintze (Cindy), Rej Hintze (Heather), Raina Budd (Tim) and Amber Green (Matthew). He was also cherished by 27 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
