With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frederic Partridge Richan (Saint George, Utah), who passed away on July 17, 2018 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Ruth Tremayne Mildenhall. He is survived by: his wife Joan of St. George; his child Edward Richan Orem (Tiffany); and his sisters, Genie Hatch and Dorothy Wilhite. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
