He is survived by: his parents, Jesse and Donna; his grandson Tony; his wife Jean; his children, Dawn, Mark (Cathy), Bethanie (Mike) and Rebecca; and his sister Joyce Sterling (Jim).
Jerry did not desire any service and in lieu of flowers, family and friends are encouraged to donate in Pastor Jerry Lewis' name to the Brain Trauma Foundation.
