He is survived by: his parents, Alan Caplin and Jennifer Stout Caplin; his sister Brittani; his nephew Matthew; his brother Kaleb; his sister-in-law Ruth; his nephew Miles; and his sister Tara. He is also survived by children, hanging out with friends and laughing with his siblings and nephews.

A Fundraiser for JCAPisawesome.org (Jared's non-profit charity) will be held Friday, January 24th from 12pm to 5:00pm at Buffalo Wild Wings, 221 S River Rd., St. George.
