He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Evan Williams and Vivian Jones Williams; his spouses, Phyllis Thomas and Phyllis Williams; and his children, Mark Williams (Shauna) of Henderson, Nevada, Lex Williams (Christi) of Kingsport, Tennessee, Sheri Rhodes (Jay) of Kanarraville, Utah and Debra Buhler (Mark). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
