She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Wallace Joseph and Eva Pearl Sperry Vickers; her husband Elias "Al" Lawrence Arellano; her siblings, Verdena Vickers Purcell, Ruth Vickers Clayton, Vallon Sperry Vickers and Gilbert Wallace Vickers; and also Connie Garcia Estudillo. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
She was the Girls Association Advisor, and was on the March of Dimes committee that set a new donation record.
