He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leslie Worthen and Marian Nadine Riley Worthen; and his brother William. He is survived by: his former spouse Dana Hoyt; and his siblings, Patricia Miles (Louis), Peggy Romney (Ronald), Richard (Anne) and Thomas (Marsha). He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
