He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Rolland "Jack" and Mary Editha Williams Yardley; his siblings, Edith and Kenneth; his wife Sofia Ann Gardner; his stepchildren, Lynn Yardley (Melissa), Patricia O'Driscoll (Bret), Clay Yardley (JoAnna), John G. Yardley and Esther Benson (Joe); and his mother-in-law Karen Marie Buhecker.
