He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph H. Bowcutt Jr. and Beth Macfarlane; and his brother James Bowcutt. He is survived by: his children, Bryan Smethurst (Becky), Cory Smethurst, Marci Law (Rick), Taya Bowcutt and Joseph H. Bowcutt IV; his sisters, Barbara Vest (Garth) and Kristie Bowcutt; and his sister-in-law Linda Bowcutt.
