He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph Ashton, Marie Cosby, James and Mildred Hunter; and his brother Rob.
He is survived by: his parents, Karen Cosby and Joseph Michael Cosby; his stepmother Jana; his siblings, Mike Jr. (Sheri), Rick (Jenny), Kris McCradic and Kelli Gardner (Roy); his half-siblings, Kyle, Brandt Cosby and Shara Fitzgerald; and his grandmother Marie Wahlquist. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and several great-nephews and great-nieces and many great friends.
