He is survived by: his children, Gina Peterson, Betty Jo Western (Howard), Delta, Kenna Nelson (Dave) and Michael; his daughter-in-law Gina Blake (Kenny); and his sisters, Geri Thode (Dave) and Miriam Fullerton (Mac). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and many friends.
