He is survived by: his wife Karen of Central Valley; his children, Quinton (Jeri Busk), Selena Miller of St. George, Lydia (Jamie Duncan) and Jerrell (Shelbi Busk); his siblings, Judy Van Duren of Hurricane, Rodney Busk of Richfield, Morgan Busk of Richfield, Melony of Richfield, Carlos Guerrero of Richfield, Kendall of Richfield, Jan Busk of Richfield, Richard of Richfield, Lani Busk of Richfield, Honas of Richfield and Renae Busk of Richfield; and his mothers-in-law, Barbara Watts of Richfield and Dawn Watts of Richfield. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
