He was predeceased by: his brother Chad L. Barrett; his grandparents, Don Leavitt and Karma Leavitt; his aunt Judy Johnson; and his uncle Johnny Johnson.
He is survived by: his spouse Jennifer Smith; his son Braxton Barrett of St. George; his mother Susan Jolley (Ken) of St. George; his brother Brett Barrett (Isabel) of St. George; his niece Alexis Barrett; his nephews, Michael and Fox Barrett; and also Ezra Lewis Barrett (Carol) of Michigan. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends.
