He was predeceased by: his parents, Halo Bracken and Hazel Leavitt Bracken; and his siblings, Bennett Bracken and Cecille Bracken. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Sandbeck; his daughter LeeAnn Rose Bracken; and his brother Spencer Bracken. He is also survived by 2 step-children; 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
