He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Milo C. Vance and Jennie Hinman; his wife Colleen Fluharty; his daughters, Kamara (Ken Harris) and Kristina (Trevor Thatcher); his brothers, Jim (Sheryl), Robert (Karen), DeMonte (Sherry) and Bill (Jeannie); and his grandchildren, Cassady (Jordan), Hannah, Vance, Samuel, Kalem, Quincy and Blakely.
