He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Hager and Naomi Hager. He is survived by: his wife Robyn Brown; his children, Lindsay Garfias (Julio), Logan Hager (Erin), Leanna Hager and Luke Hager (Taylor); and his brothers, Mike Hager and Bart Westby.
In lieu of flowers, Morgan would have been grateful for donations to the Washington County School District JROTC program.
