He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Keith Hall, Wazel Hall, Morris Simkins and Violet Simkins. He is survived by: his spouses, Tiauna Rowley and Rachelle "Shelly" Robinson; his children, Tayler Simkins, Kolby Simkins, Ken Simkins and DiAnn Simkins; and his sister Jodi Simkins of St. George.
