She is survived by: her husband Phillip Mangialetto of Apple Valley, UT; her children, Shane Ferguson of Woodville, AL, Scott Ferguson (Denise), Sharon Dalie and Anthony Mangialetto; and her sisters, Judy Herman of Hurricane, UT and Lorrie Raby (Reg). She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
