She is survived by: her husband Nolan Leavitt; her children, Wendy James, Scott Leavitt (Shanna Leavitt), Sean Leavitt, Ryan Leavitt and Rachel Laub (Chad Laub); and her grandchildren, Brandon, Ty, Zackary James, Ayden, Addison Leavitt, Halie Lamb Chase (Laub), Colby and Carson Laub.
