He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Charlene Kelly (Tim) of St. George, UT., Michael D. Hopkins (Patti) of West Jordon, UT. and Susan Hopkins of St. George, UT; and his sister-in-law Darlene Dunn (Lee) of Oklahoma City, OK.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
