He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Jensen Taylor and Blanche Beckstead Taylor; his brothers, Ellis and Maurice; and his niece Amanda Taylor.
He is survived by: his daughter Amber Leigh McMillan; his grandchildren, Morgan, Jenson, Carter and Grace; and his siblings, Karen Zollinger and Steven J. Taylor.
