He is survived by: his brothers, Thomas Lafayette, Beaux Huntar and Thomas David; his grandmothers, Tammy Shepherd and Teresa Conwell (Chuck Conwell); his great-grandparents, Velva Christensen, Paulette Denham, Connie Moon and Robert Moon (Linda Moon); and his aunts and uncles, Jackie Banks (Charles Banks), Christena Christensen, Elizabeth Johnson (Mason Coville), Rolin Christensen, Joshua Christensen (Tori Jamison), Garrett Johnson (Ashley Johnson), Rob Moon (Alicia Stratton), Kenan Bulow, Gale Shaw, Rick Shaw, Kerry Christensen and Butch Christensen. He is also survived by his grandma long hair, grandma great, mommy, daddy and his 2 older brothers.
