He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry T. Tubbs and Johanna Van Dyke; his wife Janice; his siblings, Thurman (Tubby), Durlin, Betty Sevy and Avon Bingham; and his stepchild Dan.
He is survived by: his great-grandparent Richard Grant Tubbs; his children, Gean Biddle (late Marion) and Russell Jed (Marilyn); his stepchildren, Brett, Brian Burrows (Jennifer) and Christine; and his brothers, Roy Tubbs and Ron Tubbs. He is also survived by 22 Grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren.
