He is survived by: his great-grandparent Richard Grant Tubbs; his former wife Janice; his children, Gean Biddle (late Marion), Russell Joel (Connie) and Jed; his stepchildren, Brett, Brian Burrows (Jennifer) and Christine; and his brothers, Roy Tubbs and Ron Tubbs. He is also survived by 22 Grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren.
