He was predeceased by: his parents, John Randolph Bair and Olive Allen Biggs. He is survived by: his wife Carol A Bair; his children, John R. Bair (Corinna), Angela Simmons, Brandy Adams (John), Kevin R. Bair, Adam C Bair (Kjerstin) and Eric C. Bair (Tandy); and his siblings, Mary, Allen, LaVar and Glenn. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, one great grandchild and one great grandchild.
