He is survived by: his former wife Elaine Lee Chapman; his wife Elain Booth; his children, Kenneth, Shauna, Thomas and Heather; and his mother-in-law Lois Chapman. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
