He was predeceased by: his parents, Hardy Earl Woolsey and Clella Spencer; his daughter Jo Ann Woolsey; and his siblings, Georgia Woolsey, Danny Earl Woolsey and Joy Clella Shakespear.
He is survived by: his spouses, Evelyn Louise Anderson March and Jackolyn Pratt; his sister Judy Wallace Ludgate (Pug); his sister-in-law RaeAnn Woolsey of Salina; and his son Larry Sidwell. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
